The Hawaii Revised Statutes is amended b <br />adding a new chapter to be appropriately designated and t~ <br />as flllows: <br />"CHAPTER <br />i <br />TRANSMITTAL OF UNCONTESTED TRAFFIC FINES <br />AND FORFEITURES TO COUNTIES <br />Sec. 291F-A Definitions. For.purposes of this chaps <br />unless the context clearly requires otherwise: <br />"Traffic infractions" means the same as defined unde <br />i <br />section 291D-2. <br />,j"Uncontested traffic infraction" means a traffic inf <br />for which the person noticed under section 291D-5 does no <br />contest the infraction.
