REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON PLANNING <br /> DATE: January 6, 1998 Re: C-632 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 2:41 p.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 632 transmitted by <br /> Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro dated December 11, 1997, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Communication No. 632 is to recommend the appointment of the following <br /> individual as a member of the Hawaii County Board of Appeals: <br /> Mr. Wayne A. Easley, a Republican, to fill the vacancy created by the expired term of <br /> Ms. Geraldine M.
