The grant funds will be used to reduce the fatalities and injuries to <br />occupants aged 17 and under, during motor vehicle collisions, by increasing the use of <br />seatbelts by infants, toddlers, teenagers, and young adults. The Police Department will <br />involve families and young athletes in numerous "Click It or Ticket" Basketball Tournaments <br />throughout the island in conjunction with national enforcement and media campaigns.
