Bi11365, Draft 2, is a result of those amendments deemed non-substantive by the <br />Corporation Counsel, as proposed within Communication No. 1445.2, duly approved by the <br />Council during its meeting on October 8, 2008. <br />In an effort to conserve resources and clearly indicate where changes to the North Kohala CDP <br />have been made, only those pages of the North Kohala CDP that were amended by <br />Communication No. 1445.2 are attached. The pages are attached in numerical order, as they <br />would appear in the North Kohala CDP. <br />• <br />To clearly indicate that the North Kohala CDP has been amended, the reference to the North <br />Kohala CDP in Bi11365, Draft 2, has been changed from "Appendix A" to "Appendix A, as <br />amended to Draft 2" (as found in SECTION 1 of the Bill). <br />The complete North Kohala CDP, as amended, can be found on Laserfiche. <br />Thank you. <br />DY/la <br />Att. <br />Comm.
