COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />'785 ®8 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRINGlAPPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Boys and Girls Club was established in 1953, which goal is to provide <br />activities to inspire and enable the Big Island youth from all backgrounds of life; and <br />WHEREAS, the Boys and Girls Club provide programs in the areas of Health and Life Skills, <br />Character and Leadership Development, the Arts, Education (homework assistance and computer <br />skills), as well as Sports, Recreation and Fitness; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the <br />Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Boys and Girls Club of the Big Island; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $20,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $20,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $20,000 <br />Prosecuting Atty OCE <br />(Boys & Girls Club of Big Island, Pa`auilo) <br />
