We have also added a new subsection F. to Section 3 to clarify that the provisions <br /> contained in the rules and regulations relating to the leasing of County swimming pool facilities, <br /> including the requirement that at least one County lifeguazd must be in attendance at all times <br /> <br /> when any County swimming pool complex is in use, shall not be applicable to the After-Hour <br /> <br /> Pool Use Program. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> RICHARD D.
