COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. S00 d8 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii Fire Department works closely with Volunteer Fire Fighters <br />training them to the highest level to support and assist in saving lives and property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Volunteer Fire Fighters respond to emergency brush and structure fires, <br />promoting safety and following the core values of the Hawaii Fire Department; and <br />WHEREAS, uniform shirts have been requested by the Hawaii Fire Department for <br />Volunteer Fire Fighters; and <br />WHEREAS, the shirts will be worn to identify the Volunteer Fire Fighters at meetings, <br />funerals, functions and official business; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to <br />the Hawaii Fire Department to purchase uniform shirts for the Volunteer Fire Fighters, now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $1,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.221.5226.02 Hawaii Fire Department $1,000 <br />Training & Volunteer Fire OCE <br />Public Safety Supplies <br />(Uniform Shirts for Volunteer Fire Fighters) <br />
