COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 803 OS <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OIJ'I' <br />ANll FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOIJN'1'(S) AND CREDITING SAME'1'O A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, Community Enterprises was incorporated as anon-profit 501(c)3 in the <br />State of Hawaii and is recognized as a Public Charity by the Internal Rcvcnuc Service and is <br />operated entirely by volunteers; and <br />WHEREAS, each year, Community Enterprises holds nine Kona "Down meetings <br />between the months of September through May; and <br />WHEREAS, each meeting has a theme and speakers for the community to participate in <br />an open forum setting; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Research and Development to be used by Community Enterprises for the <br />Kona Town Meetings; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY'CHE COUNCIL OF'1'IIE COUN"1'Y OF I1AWA1`1 that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set lorth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OP <br />APPROPRIA"PION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relict' $1,000 <br />CREDI"TED TO: <br />010.161.5162.98 Department of Research and Development $1.000 <br />I-Iawai`i County Resource Ccntcr, Misc. <br />Contract Services <br />(Community Enterprises) <br />
