COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 804 08 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPI20PR[ATINC AN AI'PROPRIA"PION OU"1' <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUN"1'(S) AND CREUI'I'INC SAMN:'1'O A <br />DESIGNATED FUNll ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, Community Enterprises is incorporated as anon-profit 501(c)3 in the State <br />of I-[awai`i and is recognized as a Public Charity by the Internal Revenue Scrvicc and is operated <br />entirely by volunteers; and <br />WHEREAS, each year, Community Enterprises holds nine Kailua-Kona'fown meetings <br />between the months oP September through May; and <br />WHEREAS, each meeting has a theme and speakers from the community to participate <br />in an open forum setting; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Research and Development to be used as a grant towards Community <br />Enterprises; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF "1'FIE COUN"I'Y OF FIAWAI`1 that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />OlO.lOL5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Rclicf $1,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.161.5162.98 Department ol'Research and Development $1,000 <br />I-Iawai`i County Resource Center, Misc. <br />Contract Services <br />(Community 1?nterpriscs) <br />
