Solid Waste Management Plan Guidelines <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />5. The report will include any impacts to County waste and recycling facilities, and the <br />appropriate mitigation measures. All recommendations and mitigation measures <br />will be addressed. <br />6. Description of the waste reduction component that analyzes techniques to be <br />employed to achieve a reduction goal. <br />Analysis will be based on the highest potential use or zoning of the development. <br />REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br />A solid waste management plan will be done for all commercial developments, as <br />defined under the policies of the Department of Environmental Management, Solid <br />Waste Division. <br />2. We will require the developer to provide or resolve all recommendations and <br />mitigation measures as outlined in the report; besides any conditions placed on the <br />applicant by the Department of Environmental Management. <br />3.
