[(8}} ~ Dwelling, single-family, one per building site. <br />[(9}} ~ Family child care homes. <br />[(~9}} 11 Group living facilities. <br />[(-1-1-}} 12 Kennels, provided that the building site is a minimum of five acres in <br />area and the structures are located at least one hundred feet away from any lot <br />line. <br />[(~}} ~ Livestock production (excluding pigs), provided that: <br />(A) The requirements of the department of health are met; <br />(B) Approval of the director is obtained; and <br />(C) Any feed or water azea, salt lick, corral, run, barn, shed, stable, house, <br />hutch, or other enclosure for the keeping of any permitted animal shall <br />be located at least seventy-five feet from any lot line. <br />[(-1-3~} 14 Parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, swimming pools, and other similaz <br />open area recreational facilities. <br />[(-14}} ~ Public uses and structures, as permitted under section 25-4-11. <br />[(q-3}} j16~ Roadside stands for the sale of agricultural products grown on the <br />premises. <br />[(q-Ei}} ~ Stables, commercial or boarding, provided that the building site is a <br />minimum of five acres in area and the structures are located at least one <br />hundred feet away from any lot line. <br />[(~~}} ~ Telecommunications antennas, as permitted under section 25-4-12. <br />[Fl$}} ~ Utility substations, as permitted under section 25-4-11. <br />[E19}} ~ Veterinary establishments." <br />14 <br />
