The CONTRACTOWs services shall commence on the effective date of this Agreement and <br /> shall be completed in such sequence as to assure their expeditious completion in light of the <br /> purposes of this Agreemem. <br /> 2. All of the services required hereunder shall be completed by June 30, 1999, with the final <br /> report and quarterly invoice submitted no later than July 31, 1999, which shall be the <br /> termination date of this Agreement. <br />
