COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 351 <br />ORDINANCE NO. ®~i 140 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288.1, schedule 36.1 (Active <br />loading and unloading zones), pazagraph (c), South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br />(2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered <br />and to read as follows: <br />"(_) Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, beginning from a point one <br />hundred eleven feet northwest of Shipman Street and extending <br />fifty-eight feet in the northwesterly direction." <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br />material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance aze declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
