Yamashiro via Communication No. 351 dated June 5, 1997, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 108-97 is to name a certain roadway within the Manowaiopae <br /> Homestead Subdivision at Hokumahoe, North Hilo, Hawaii.
