COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 397 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE, NO. 08-78, AS AMENllEll, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENllING JUNE 30, 2009. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1.
