COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE-OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82'4 08 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OP'I'HE DONATION OF LOT 48 <br />FROM GKK MAKALEI OWNER, LLC, TAX MAP KEY: (3)7-2-007:001 (PORTION), FOR <br />THE MAKALEI FIRE STATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1'1-iL' COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />WHEREAS, GKK MAKALEI OWNER, LLC is the owner of Lot 48 situated at <br />Ka`upulehu, in the district of North Kona; consisting of 2.802 acres, and more particularly <br />described in Exhibit "A" and delineated on Exhibit "B" attached hereto; and <br />WI-IEREAS, GKK MAKALEI OWNER, LLC wishes [o donate the subject property to <br />the County of Hawaii for the construction of a new Makalei fire station; and <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the <br />Council, on behalf of the County of Hawaii, may accept gifts or donations of real property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAII, that accordance with Article XIII; Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charier, the <br />County of Hawaii accepts the donation of Lot 48 situated at Ka`upulehu, in the district of North <br />Kona, consisting of 2.802 acres, identified as Tax Map Key:(3)7-2-007:001 (portion), more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" and delineated on L'xhibit "B" attached hereto, from GKK <br />MAKALEI OWNER, LLC, for the Makalei fire station. <br />
