The existing grass shoulder and utility poles could remain. The <br />sidewalk would be similar to that further up Lanikaula St. j ust makai of Kinoole St. <br />Remove site distance encroachments on Kilauea Ave. <br />Remove stone wall encroachment into the Lanikaula St. right-of--way. <br />The two attached diagrams sketch an elevation of the future sidewalk along Lanikaula St. <br />and a plan view of the proposed improvements. <br />A new draft of the proposed ordinance is attached incorporating these conditions. <br />We understand that you would prefer a CG zoning without any improvements to <br />adjoining property but as we discussed in our meeting on Oct. 29, 2008, when we went <br />Comm: No._' 3 2O.3 <br />Ref.
