No. 1495/Bi11375 <br />PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br />78-128 Ehukai Street <br />Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 <br />TIME: 11:22 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Communication <br />No. 1495, regarding Bill 375, reports as follows: <br />Bill 375, transmitted by Director of Public Works Bruce McClure, via Communication No. 1495, dated <br />September 17, 2008 amends Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, schedule 36 (Freight loading <br />zones), paragraph (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is <br />amended by repealing and deleting subparagraph (6), as follows, with the remaining clauses to be <br />appropriately renumbered: <br />..~ , <br />.... .,,, .:b . .y .,~~ <br />Council member Bob Jacobson made a motion on October 21, 2008 to postpone consideration of Bill 375 <br />until November 6, 2008.
