Correspondence dated September 24, 2008, from the Maui County Clerk, <br />transmitting a copy of Committee Report No. 08-111, adopted by the Maui <br />County Council at its meeting on September 23, 2008, relating to matters <br />involving the Hawaii State Association of Counties 2009 HSAC Legislative <br />Package proposals. <br />C. Correspondence dated September 26, 2008, from the Honolulu City Clerk, <br />transmitting legislation that was adopted by the Council of the City and <br />County of Honolulu at its meeting on September 24, 2008. <br />D. Correspondence dated October 6, 2008 from the Honolulu City Council <br />Fiscal Officer, transmitting the net proceeds in the amount of $7,234.37 <br />from the HSAC 2008 Annual Conference hosted by the Honolulu City <br />Council in June 2008 and a fiscal report. <br />VI.
