No. 996Bi11 No. 302 <br /> PLACE: Couneilroom <br /> TIME: 10:30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 302, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 302, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 996, dated <br /> September 17, 1998, terminates the Improvement District No. 16 (Keaau Agricultural Lots) and cancels <br /> the assessment installments relating to refunds for said district. <br /> Bill No. 302 hereby cancels installments 152 through 240 of Improvement District 16, Keaau Agricultural <br /> Lots. "I'he Director of Finance will make refunds of the total cash paid on prepaid installments 153 <br /> through 240 to persons who are the owners of the assessed lots at the time of actual refund and release the <br /> assessment lien on appropriate parcels in the district. <br /> With the termination of the Improvement District Construction Fund, Fund 124 is terminated and all cash <br /> remaining in the fund will be transferred to the Improvement District Agency Fund, Fund 121, to <br /> facilitate the refunds authorized in Sections 2 and 3.
