COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />20 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii Department of Parks and Recreation along with Sports <br />Authority will be sponsoring a Jimmy Yagi basketball clinic at Kailua Gymnasium; and <br />WHEREAS, Sports Authority will be providing gifr cards and discount coupons to clinic <br />participants; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation will be providing lunch for the clinic <br />participants; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the <br />Department of Parks and Recreation to cover the excess cost of providing lunch for the clinic <br />participants; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWA[`I, that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUN"f OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $500 <br />Recreation Div OCE, Misc. Charges <br />(Jimmy Yagi Basketball Clinic) <br />
