COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation's Positive Coaching Alliance <br />Program along with the Hawaii Island Police Activities League (HIPAL), desires to schedule <br />workshops for leaders, coaches, parents, athletes, and officials in order to transform the culture <br />of youth sports so that every youth athlete on the Big Island of Hawaii can have a safe, positive, <br />and enjoyable character-building experience; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation for the Positive Coaching Alliance Program; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF IIAWAI`I, that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 <br />CREDI"fED TO: <br />GENERAL <br />$2,000 <br />Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief <br />$2,000 <br />010.500.5507.0?
