COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />21 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Pazks and Recreation Department is holding a Jimmy Yagi Basketball <br />Clinic at the Kekuaokalani Gym on Saturday, December 13, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, this youth basketball camp will be free of charge for the benefit of boys <br />and girls ages 9 - 14; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Pazks and Recreation to be used towazds the Jimmy Yagi Basketball Clinic <br />at the Kailua Gym; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $500 <br />Recreation Division OCE <br />(Jimmy Yagi Basketball Clinic) <br />
