No. 967 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:45 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 967, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 967, transmitted by Hawaii State Association of Counties (HSAC) Vice President Al <br /> Smith, dated September 2, 1998, transmits highlights of the HSAC Executive Committee meeting of <br /> August 27, 1998, requests proposals for the 1999 Legislative Package, requests the consideration of a <br /> proposal made by the Maui County Council and requests the approval of the 1999 HSAC Legislative <br /> Program Policy Statement. <br /> <br /> According to Communication No. 967, any proposals for the 1999 HSAC Legislative Package must be <br /> <br /> routed to Council Member Al Smith by October 7, 1998.
