BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> The lease for the Kona Office was extended in 2006 for a five-year period, to 2011. It included occupying <br /> additional space of 1,450 square feet which required renovation. Cost of the renovation was paid by the <br /> owner and is being amortized over a 10-year period. Renovation was completed in April 2008.
