The State of Hawai'i Wireless Enhanced 911 Board is providing an additional <br /> appropriation of $650,000 to the Hawai'i County Police Department. In the current fiscal <br /> year's budget, this grant was anticipated and $200,000 was budgeted in the Wireless <br /> E911 expenditure account (010.201.5216.21). However, the anticipated grant revenue <br /> was inadvertently placed in the Wireless E911 System account (010.3305.52), instead of <br /> the Wireless E911 Fees account (010.3305.47). <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating <br /> $850,000 into the Wireless E911 Fees revenue account, an additional $650,000 into the <br /> Traffic Wireless E911 expenditure account, and un-appropriating $200,000 from the <br /> Wireless E911 System revenue account. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Police Department. <br /> <br /> <br /> Nancy .
