We will also need a budget reflecting how the <br /> funds are to be expended. <br /> <br /> We regret that there has been a delay in receiving the contract, which we expect to be <br /> retroactive to July 1, 2008. Hawaii County will receive $40,000 for the first year, if all <br /> <br /> goes as planned. We expect the same level of funding for year two, with declining <br /> funding over years three, four, and five. The expectation is that the DVTF leadership and <br /> members will find supplemental funding, increasing over years three, four, and five and <br /> sufficient to carry the DVTF once DOH funding ceases. <br /> <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
