No. 852 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:45 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Cotmmunication No. 852, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 852, transmitted by the Hawaii State Association of Counties (HSAC) <br /> Secretary-Treasurer Al Smith, dated May 12, 1998, submits highlights of the Executive <br /> Committee meeting of May 8, 1998, and requests the approval of a slate of HSAC Officers for <br /> Fiscal Yeaz 1998-1999. <br /> The following slate was submitted to Your Committee for its preliminary approval: <br /> President Rene Mansho <br /> <br /> Vice-President Al Smith <br /> Secretary Dennis Nakamura <br /> Treasurer Ronald Kouchi <br /> Subsequently, Comm. No. 852.01, transmitted by Al Smith, Secretary-Treasurer, HSAC, dated <br /> <br /> May 20, 1998, corrected Comm.
