COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />31 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROP121A'1'ION OU"1' AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CRED[TING SAMI; TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, this will be the 18`h year that Pahoa I-Iigh and Intermediate School has held <br />Grad Night; and <br />WHEREAS, Grad Night promotes safe driving and camaraderie (or the Pahoa I-Iigh and <br />Intermediate School graduating seniors and to provide afun-tilled, drug and alcohol free <br />Celebration with food, entertainment and activities; and <br />WHEREAS, Grad Night ensures adrug-free and alcohol-free environment (or seniors <br />and their guest to celebrate this important transition in their lives; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Liquor Control to be used to help defray some of the cost and capenscs <br />associated with Pahoa High and Intermediate School's Grad Night; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFIE COUN"1'Y OF FIAWAI`1 that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief' $5.000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $5.000 <br />Public Programs, Misc. Contract Services <br />(Pahoa High and hrtermediate School Grad <br />Night 2009) <br />
