COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />36 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING /APPI20P121ATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Friends of the Children's Justice Center of Last I-Iawai`i is a private <br />non-profit corporation organized to benefit children; and <br />WHEREAS, each year 1000 boys and girls in Hawaii are sexually abused; and <br />WHEREAS, "Friends" strives to make life better for our sexually, physically, emotionally <br />abused children and their families; and <br />WHEREAS, "Friends' provides services, activities and learning experiences to "Help a victim <br />be a child again!"; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA~VAI`I that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />0]0.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney <br />$5,000 <br />$5,000 <br />Prosecuting Atty.
