COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />37 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT. <br />WHEREAS, the Ka`u High Athletic Boosters Club is anon-profit 501(c)(3) corporation <br />and is the fiscal sponsor for the Ho`olaule`a Family Fun event and Keiki Fishing Tournament to <br />be held Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Punalu`u Beach Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ka`u High Athletic Boosters Club promotes community and family <br />alcohol and drug free activities; and <br />WHEREAS, this event will feature many different kinds activities, all to promote <br />participation and ongoing support from the community at large, for all aspects of healthy <br />sportsmanship; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to <br />the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to be used towards Ka'u High Athletic Boosters Club to <br />help fund the Ho`olaule`a Family Fun and Keiki Fishing Tournament to beheld Sunday, January <br />18, 2009; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: Office of the Prosecuting Attorney <br />Prosecuting Attorney OCE, Misc.
