Resolution No. 12 09, from the Hawaii County Council dated December 1, <br />2008 designating Councilmember Dennis Onishi as the <br />Representative on the Hawaii State Association of Counties Executive <br />Committee, and Councilmember Kelly Greenwell as the Alternate <br />Representative. <br />D. Communication dated December 15, 2008 from the Kauai HSAC <br />Representative Daryl W.
