No. 782 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:45 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 782, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 782, transmitted by Finance Committee Chair Aazon Chung, dated <br /> Mazch 31, 1998, states that the Committee is in the process of purging outdated measures, and <br /> requests the file closure of several deferred items. In particulaz, Bill No. 168, transmitted by <br /> Council Member Jim Rath, via Communication No. 767, dated October 19, 1995, which <br /> proposed to amend the Hawaii County Code by adding a new chapter creating a concurrency <br /> ordinance. <br /> This measure was originally heard on October 31, 1995, and deferred pending comments and <br /> <br /> recommendations from the Mayor.
