~V,stV Os M~~' <br />~/" ~~Jy <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII •~ ~• <br />.,, <br />~r~ri or H~~` <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />34 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the neighborhood Place of Puna is a nonprofit agency whose programs are to <br />provide an important family based safety net for children at risk; and <br />WHEREAS, the Neighborhood Place of Puna is the lead agency for the "Ready to Learn" <br />statewide project, providing children with basic school supplies to promote learning as prevention <br />method; and <br />WHEREAS, this year the goal is to purchase and distribute school supplies For 1,300 children <br />in, Kea'au, and Mountain View; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the <br />Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to be used for school supplies; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAi`i that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief $5,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.271.5271.02 Prosecuting Attorney's Office $5,000 <br />Prosecuting Atty.
