<br /> <br />general motoring public using the easement area to unreasonable risks, <br />dangers or hazards. <br />9. Permitted Improvements and Work. Except as otherwise <br />provided in this grant of non-exclusive easement, the Grantee will not install ' <br />any improvements or cause any work to be done in, on or under the <br />easement area without written notice to the Grantor and without first °, <br />obtaining the Grantor's written consent for any such improvement or work, <br />which consent the Grantor will not unreasonably withhold. <br />10. Removal of Permitted Improvements. All permitted <br />improvements, equipment, appliances, devices or other property placed in or <br />upon the easement area by the Grantee will be done without cost, expense, , <br />liability or obligation to the Grantor and will remain the property of the "~ <br />Grantee and may be removed or otherwise disposed of by the Grantee at any ; <br />time; provided, that the removal will be accomplished with minimum <br />disturbance to the easement area which will be restored to its original <br />condition, less reasonable wear and tear, or such other condition as the <br />Grantor and the Grantee shall mutually agree upon in writing, and within a <br />reasonable time after removal. <br />11. Removal o~cLuipment and Materials for Permitted <br />Work. Upon completion of any permitted work performed in or upon the <br />easement area, the Grantee will remove therefrom all equipment and unused <br />or surplus materials, if any, and will leave the easement area in a clean and <br />sanitary condition satisfactory to the Grantor. <br />15 <br />
