The northerly portion of the Mamalahoa <br />Highway Bypass that constitutes a part of the easement area pursuant to this <br />grant of non-exclusive easement is also referred to as the "northerly portion <br />of the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass" and the easterly (mauka) portion of the <br />Haleki'i Street Extension that constitutes a part of the easement area <br />pursuant to this grant ofnon-exclusive easement is referred to as the <br />"easterly (mauka) portion of the of the Haleki'i Street Extension." To the <br />extent that references are contained in this grant ofnon-exclusive easement, <br />or any exhibits attached hereto, to "Mamalahoa Highway Bypass" or <br />"Hakeli'i Street Extension," such references shall be to the northerly portion <br />of the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass and the easterly (mauka) portion of the <br />Haleki'i Street Extension, respectively, unless the context requires otherwise. <br />6 <br />
