<br />., : ---,. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS WITHIN THE <br />WAIAKEA ACRES SUBDIVISION FROM WAIAKEA ACRES HUI, TAX MAP KEY <br />(3)2-4-34:017, TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Waiakea Acres Hui, a Hawaii general partnership, is <br /> <br />the developer of the Waiakea Acres Subdivision, and the owner of <br /> <br />those certain roadway lots located in Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> <br />Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key (3)2-4-34:017, <br />being more particularly described in Exhibit A and shown on <br /> <br />Exhibit B, both of which are attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Waiakea Acres Hui has constructed all subdivision <br /> <br />improvements as required for final subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Waiakea Acres Hui has received approval from the <br /> <br />County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of <br />Water Supply and the Planning Department for the improvements <br /> <br />made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating the <br /> <br />subject parcels to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage <br /> <br />purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have <br /> <br />been completed according to County of Hawaii standards and are in <br /> <br />acceptable condition for dedication; and <br />
