<br />. <br /> <br />iii': <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a grant condition for the PWTP, the EPA required <br /> <br />as a minimum that 75% of the homes and structures in papaikou and <br /> <br />Paukaa must be connected to the public sewer.
