No. 681 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 681, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 681, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated Januazy 20, 1998, <br /> nominates Janice K. Nakamura of Honokaa to the Hawaii County Liquor Control Adjudication <br /> Board. <br /> A 30-yeaz resident of Hawaii, Mrs. Nakamura will replace Yolanda Kahawaii whose term <br /> expired on December 31, 1997. Mrs. Nakamura has been a Special Education teacher at <br /> Honokaa Elementary since 1968. She is a board member of the North Hawaii Federal Credit <br /> Union, and a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
