<br />Subdivision - Phase fi, as shown on File Plan No. 1976, being a portion of Royal Patent 5671, Land
<br />Commission Award 8521-8, Apana I to G. D. Hueu, as described in Exhibits "1" and "2" attached

<br />Waikoloa Village Subdivision by that certain Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and
