<br />.'/"~ ,: <br />, ., <br /> <br />, . <br />.., <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 9 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ROADWAY LOT FROM AINALOA COMMUNITY <br />ASSOCIATION, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AINALOA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the owner of <br /> <br />those lots with Tax Map Key Numbers 1-6-65-109, 1-6-99-64, <br />1-6-99-65, 1-6-99-66, and 1-6-99-67, which together comprise a <br /> <br />roadway known as Ainaloa Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii has the public purpose of <br /> <br />acquiring real property for the purpose of creating a project <br />known as the Puna Emergency Road, located at Waikehekahe Nui in <br /> <br />Puna; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-noted property presently owned by Ainaloa <br /> <br />Community Association, Inc. is a significant part of the project; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County <br /> <br />Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County of <br /> <br />Hawaii may accept gifts or donations of real property. <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII~ OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br />OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of <br /> <br />the Hawaii County Charter, thB County of Hawaii accepts the <br />
