No. 211 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 211, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 211 transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 210, by Finance Director Harry <br /> Takahashi, via Communication No. 656, dated December 22, 1997, authorizes the County of <br /> Hawaii to enter into an agreement with the United States of America for a Sobriety Checkpoint <br /> Grant. <br /> The United States of America through the State Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle <br /> Safety Office, is desirous of providing funding for overtime expenses to conduct 57 sobriety <br /> roadblocks.
