Section 25-4-34. Waiver of minimum building site area for utilities and <br />public purpose subdivisions. <br />The required minimum building site area may be waived by the director <br />for public utility, [of] public rights-of-way subdivisions, or subdivisions to create <br />lots that will be conveyed to the county, state or federal government andup t into <br />public use, or conveyed from one eovernmental subdivision to another and put <br />into public use, [erbeth], and any resulting remnant parcels. <br />SECTION 5. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material, and <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 6. In the event that any portion of the ordinance is declared invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect other parts of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 7.
