<br />.. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a grant condition for the PWTP, the EPA required <br />as a minimum that 75\ of the homes and structures in Papaikou and <br /> <br />paukaa must be connected to the pUblic sewer.
