<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />94 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY OF HAWAII TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A STATEWIDE MARIJUANA ERADICATION <br />GRANT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the United States of America through the State Department of the <br />Attorney General Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division, is desirous of <br />providing funding for expenses to conduct marijuana missions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Police Department is ready and willing to proceed <br />with its obligations to conduct marijuana missions, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 46-7 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the <br />Federal government may enter into agreements with the Council of the County of Hawaii <br />providing the expenditures or receipt of funds or for other assistance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the Honorable Stephen K.
