No. 199 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:00 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 199, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 199, transmitted by Finance Director Hazry Takahashi, via Communication No. <br /> 607, dated November 19, 1997, increases the time element of a van driver for the Retired Senior <br /> Volunteer Program (RSVP) one-half time to full-time. <br /> As the Retired Senior Volunteer Program continues to provide a variety of opportunities for <br /> retired persons, an increase in the demand for transportation is justifiable.
