No. 620 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:00 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 620, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 620, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated December 8, <br /> 1997, nominates Mr. Patrick S. Masutomi, of Kona, to the Hawaii County Board of Ethics. <br /> A life-time resident of Hawaii, Mr. Masutomi will replace Aileen Lum whose term will expire <br /> on December 31, 1997. Prior to his retirement in 1997 Mr. Masutomi served as the Regional <br /> Vice President of American Savings Bank. He is also the treasurer of the Konawaena Booster <br /> Club.
