No. 191 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:50 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 191, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 191, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> No. 191, dated November 14, 1997, increases the time element of Position No. 3771, Program <br /> Specialist (Elderly) 3/4T to full-time. <br /> This federally funded position is hard-pressed to carry out the many demands including <br /> developing and providing islandwide caregiver support and case management services.
