No. 190 <br /> PLACE: Councilmom <br /> TIME: 10:50 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which vas referred Resolution No. 190, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 190, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 591, dated November 1 S, <br /> 1997, creates a Pazk Cazetaker I position and an Equipment Operator II Temporary position for the deparUnent of Parks <br /> and Recreation. <br /> The Kona district has gained additional maintenance responsibilities since the opening ofthe West Hawaii Veterans <br /> Cemetery and increased duties at the Old Airport and Higashihaza Playground. By creating a Park Caretaker I, BC02 <br /> position to maintain the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery, other employees would be able to maintain their facilities.
