No. 28-09 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />"TIME: 1:03p.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 28-09, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 28-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 60, <br />dated December 19, 2008, authorizes the Director of Finance to negotiate a lease of real property in I-Iilo, <br />Tax Map Key (3)2-2-020:014 (Portion), to the Center of Independent Living <br />The County of Hawai`i's Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is designed to be a one-stop center <br />for f nding information on services for our seniors and disabled community. The ADRC, located at 1055 <br />Kino`ole Street in Hilo, brings together several County and private programs serving seniors and individuals <br />with disabilities. <br />The County of Hawaii wishes to lease approximately 608.5 square feet of office space within the ADRC, <br />identified as being a portion of Tax Map Key: (3)2-2-020:014, to the Center for Independent Living, a <br />nonprofit organization.
